About the Role

As a Graduate Front Office/Risk Quantitative Business Analyst/Developer, you will work across multiple functions in quantitative finance and technology consulting. You will be involved in:

  • Quantitative Development – building and validating models for financial instruments.
  • Instrument Pricing & Validation – working with derivatives, fixed income, FX, commodities, and money markets.
  • Risk Validation – applying financial risk measures to client portfolios.
  • Business Analysis – gathering requirements and designing client-focused solutions.
  • Trading System Development & Configuration – developing, configuring, and testing trading systems.
  • Software Testing – including unit testing, integration, UAT, and regression testing.

Minimum Education & Requirements

Candidates must hold or be completing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in one of the following:

  • STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
  • Financial Risk Management
  • Financial Engineering

Additional requirements:

  • Knowledge of financial instruments (derivatives, fixed income, FX, commodities, money markets).
  • Basic knowledge of derivative pricing and financial risk measures.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or C++).
  • Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, CQF, or PRM will be advantageous.

Consulting Skills Required

  • Requirements gathering and solution design.
  • Software development and system configuration.
  • Documentation of requirements and solutions.
  • Testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT).
  • System training and user support.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Ability to prioritise, plan, and deliver.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
