Gauteng, South Africa – Global medical technology leader Smith+Nephew is inviting applications for its IT Graduate Internship Programme in Gauteng. About the Role

As part of the IT Division, the successful candidate will work closely with the team to provide technical support, including:

  • Configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting of desktop systems and workstations.
  • Diagnosing hardware and software issues across devices such as laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and external drives.
  • Tracking daily desktop operations to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Recommending hardware and software solutions within set standards.
  • Delivering strong customer service and developing collaborative relationships.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • A Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology.
  • CompTIA A+ and N+ certification (required).
