About the Role

The successful candidate will join Epson’s META-CWA IT team, reporting to the Senior IT Business Analyst and working closely with the Master Data Specialist. The role focuses on supporting IT and Master Data teams with administrative, documentation, and coordination tasks — providing hands-on exposure to SAP Master Data and global IT business processes.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Master Data Administration Support

• Assist with SAP master data entry, updates, and requests.
• Maintain accurate records, workflows, and audit readiness.
• Monitor service requests and support data quality checks.

🔹 Business Analysis & IT Admin Support

• Document meetings, processes, and workflows.
• Support small projects with planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Help gather feedback for system improvements.

🔹 Reporting & Documentation

• Compile reports using Excel, SAP, and other tools.
• Maintain process manuals and compliance documentation.

🔹 Collaboration & Support

• Coordinate with logistics, sales, finance, and IT teams.
• Provide ad hoc admin support to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (2023 or later) in a relevant field.
• Strong attention to detail and structured work approach.
• Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
• Willingness to learn SAP and business data processes.
