MTN is inviting applications for its Fintech Internship Programme 2026, offering graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within one of Africa’s leading digital and financial technology ecosystems. With 16 internship positions available, the programme is aimed at building future leaders in digital payments, mobile money, product development, operations, and customer engagement.

About the Programme

The MTN Fintech Internship is structured to provide:

• Practical, on-the-job experience in fintech and digital finance.
• Exposure to a wide range of business functions.
• Mentorship and professional development support.
• Skills and knowledge to prepare interns for a successful career in the digital economy.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: 1–3 years of work exposure from a graduate or internship programme.
• Academic Results: At least 65% average for a completed Tertiary Qualification (Degree, Honours, or Masters).
• Work Rights: Must be eligible to work in South Africa.
• Qualification Completion: Degree must be completed on or before December 2024.
