Key Purpose of the Role

This learnership offers participants the opportunity to obtain a nationally recognised FETC: IT Technical Support qualification. It combines structured learning with practical, hands-on experience in the IT Servicing Team.

Areas of Responsibility

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Desktop support
  • Hardware engineering
  • Digital support (Contact Centre)

Education and Experience

  • Grade 12 (essential)
    • Mathematics: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
    • English: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
    • Maths Literacy: Minimum Level 5 (60%)
    • Second language: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
  • Incomplete tertiary IT qualification (advantageous)

Specific Requirements

  • Must not be engaged in post-Matric studies or formal employment
  • Must not have completed any previous learnership
  • Age between 18 and 30 years
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel & MS Outlook)
