Key Purpose of the Role

This learnership offers participants the opportunity to obtain a nationally recognised FETC: IT Technical Support qualification. It combines structured learning with practical, hands-on experience in the IT Servicing Team.

Areas of Responsibility

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Desktop support
Hardware engineering
Digital support (Contact Centre)

Education and Experience

Grade 12 (essential)
- Mathematics: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
- English: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
- Maths Literacy: Minimum Level 5 (60%)
- Second language: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
Incomplete tertiary IT qualification (advantageous)

Specific Requirements

Must not be engaged in post-Matric studies or formal employment
Must not have completed any previous learnership
Age between 18 and 30 years
Proficient in written and verbal English
Basic computer skills (MS Excel & MS Outlook)
